WHEN AND WHERE IS THE 2026 CT SAFETY TEAM CONFERENCE?
The CT Safety Conference is hosted on the last Wednesday, Thursday and Friday of September. The 2026 conference is scheduled for September 23rd, 24th, and 25th. The CT Safety Team officers are still in discussions regarding conference location. As this information becomes available, the website will be updated.
ARE THERE MEMBERSHIP DUES?
There are no dues to be a member of the CT Safety Team. Membership is automatically granted to those who attend the CT Safety Team annual conference. Any individual may register to attend our conference, with their specific situation dictating the level of membership granted. Please see Section 2: Membership Levels of the CT Safety Team By-Laws for more information.

WHAT IS THE COST TO ATTEND THE CT SAFETY TEAM CONFERENCE?
The cost is $150 per person. If you are a retired individual who formerly held active membership within CT Safety Team, you can attend at a reduced cost of $75. If you are the recipient of the Adjunct Scholarship, your conference costs will be covered by the CT Safety Team (driving costs not included).
WHO IS A RETIREE?
To qualify for the reduced $75 conference fee for retirees, you must be a prior Active CT Safety Team member who meets one of the following: 1) An individual, aged 60 or more, who officially retired from a full-time position from any of the Oklahoma CareerTech centers; or 2) An individual with at least 7 years of full-time employment at any of the Oklahoma CareerTech centers before resignation; or 3) An individual with at least 5 years of full-time employment before resignation and at least 2 additional years of part-time employment at any of the Oklahoma CareerTech centers before or after the full-time employment status.
