What are the Sponsorship Levels?
Levels
Sponsorship levels are broken down into 4 categories: Bronze, Silver, Gold, & Platinum. We also offer a Table Sponsor category. Sponsorship costs are below, along with a listing of the sponsorship perks of each category.
Bronze: $250
Silver: $500
Table Sponsor: $750
Gold: $1000
Platinum: $2000

Bronze: General Session Welcome, Recognition During Conference Vendor/Sponsor Highlight and Recognition in Event Materials
Silver: All Bronze Perks plus Social Media Shoutout/Website Listing
Table Sponsor: Recognition During Conference Vendor/Sponsor Highlight, Recognition During Meal, Display of Logo During Meal, Attendance of Organizational Rep at Meal (plus 1 guest) and 5-7 min Speech/Presentation
Gold: All Bronze and Silver Perks plus 2-3 min Speaking Opportunity During Vendor/Sponsor Highlight, Materials In Event Bags, Logo on All Conference Materials, Attendance of 1 Organizational Rep (plus 1 guest) to All Conference Events and free Vendor Booth
Platinum: All Bronze, Silver and Gold Perks plus Attendance of Additional Organizational Reps (plus 1 guest) to All Conference Events, and Opportunity to Present a Breakout Session
Where Does Your Money Go?
Our officers are volunteers. We partner with schools and public facilities when possible to reduce facility rental costs. Our members donate A/V equipment for usage. Where possible, we seek donations from members and their schools.
As such, you can be assured that 100% of your sponsorship monies go directly to supporting the educational and professional goals of our members.
You could be the financial means that permit an adjunct instructor to attend their first conference. You could be supplementing the costs associated with providing conference breakout sessions. You could be helping us with the keynote speaker fees of a nationally renowned Subject Matter Expert. You could be providing the lunch to individuals as they attend an all day pre-conference train-the-trainer certification. We simply could not make all this happen without our sponsors and we truly appreciate your support. Thank you!
